BOWA Construction with joint venture partner Blackwood Group is providing CMAR services for the continuation of the third phase of the Roosevelt Square development. Scope of work consists of 207 mixed-income apartments across three, new mid-rise buildings, 15 apartments as part of the rehabilitation of the existing unoccupied National Public Housing Museum and the rehab of 184 units in 38 existing buildings.
