BOWA Construction is providing CMAR services for Quantum Shore Chicago, a 440-acre master-planned innovation district on the South Side of Chicago.

Anchored by the Illinois Quantum and Microelectronics Park (IQMP), the development will support advanced quantum research and manufacturing through a public-private partnership with the State of Illinois. The campus will feature specialized infrastructure including cryogenic systems, laboratories, and collaborative office space, with anchor tenants such as PsiQuantum and IBM.

Phase I includes the PsiQuantum Development Building (Beta Building), an 80,700-square-foot facility designed for testing and validating next-generation quantum technologies, supporting the advancement of commercially viable quantum computing.
