Tim joined Bowa Construction with over 15 years of industry experience. His relationship with Bowa started prior to joining the team, having met Nosa while they were young in their careers at Gilbane Building Company. The duo built a mutual respect for one another, and maintained a relationship that eventually drew them together again at Bowa.

Tim is a graduate of Calvin College, where he received his Bachelors in Architectural Studies. He later attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where he participated in a dual master’s program — receiving an MBA with a Finance concentration and a Masters in Architecture. Tim’s success in the industry is a reflection of his expertise in developing business relationships, ensuring that teams are fully functioning and efficient throughout the full project life cycle. Currently, Tim oversees most of Bowa’s major projects while supporting business development efforts.
