With over 40 years of industry experience, Nick has an impressive background in project management, engineering, and construction supervision experience, as well as widespread knowledge of local construction practices and procedures. As a Sr. Project Exec with the organization, Nick oversees all field operations, site safety, budget, productivity, scheduling, QIC, trade contractor, and supplier coordination with the project team. While at BOWA, Nick’s focus has been on our longstanding project partner and client, Related Midwest. His marquee projects have been the Lathrop Homes and Roosevelt Square projects. His project portfolio contains projects valued from $5-$25M in municipal, K-12, and multi-unit housing. 

Nick’s approach to managing projects and teams is straightforward and honest. He always aims to complete tasks exceeding the client’s expectations while managing risk, budget, and people. He has successfully done so since joining the BOWA team. Nick has an impressive track record of overseeing all aspects of the project management process and has confidently shared best practices with his team.
