BOWA Construction is providing CMAR services for the Foundation of Homan Square as part of a collaboration to bring affordable housing for older residents and to address surging property values that threaten to price out longtime residents. The new development consists of a total of 21 housing units on four vacant lots including four buildings configured as three- and six-unit buildings with a focus on high levels of wheelchair accessibility.
