Billy is a founding member of Bowa Construction with responsibilities in daily operations, productions, workforce management, safety, and outreach initiatives. Billy has a strong educational background in construction, having earned a B.S. Illinois Institute of Technology, B.S. Far East University, and PE Bendel State. He also serves as the International Business development officer for the Organization in Europe, Africa & South America.
Prior to joining Bowa Construction, Billy owned and operated a contracting company for 15 years and worked in various executive & senior level positions at companies like Bell & Howell, Barber Colman Company, Landis & Gyr Powers (now Siemens), and Kramer & Kramer Inc. His experience spans over 40 years and, as VP of Operations, Billy brings an intense energy to the Bowa Team. He has been a vital catalyst for Bowa’s strength, growth, and success in the Chicago area, and will continue to support that growth as Bowa grows in new territories across the country.
